Sqillpad is a virtual learning platform developed to provide learning platform that includes study content, virtual laboratory, and self-assessments with automated real-time feedback. Sqillpad also provides learner-teacher interactions (forum), group activities, and automatic report generation for teachers and parents.

Sqillpad is approved by the National Curriculum Development Centre. The platform also bridges the gap between rural and urban learners by providing equitable access to learning materials and also online and offline use.

A graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from University of Maryland (USA), Ivan has 13 years of experience in software engineering. He got his career grounding from Northrop Grumman Corporation (USA), an aerospace engineering, cyberspace and defence contractor, where he worked as an an engineer on both software and hardware systems. As an Engineer, Ivan drives the product development and maintenance function for the company.

An Economist and Marketing professional, Caleb holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Government (University of Nairobi). An alumnus of Harvard Business School, he is a graduate of HBS’s Program for Leadership Development (PLD). He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM, UK). He is the founding Managing Director, fireworks Advertising where he serves as a Non-Executive Director. He started his career as a Business Analysts with Edgecom (Sweden), the consulting arm of Ericsson Corp. He later worked with Safaricom in the roles of Brand Manager and later as Product Marketing Manager. That aside, Caleb serves as a Non-Executive Director of CoRSU Hospital, an orthopaedic rehabilitation centre for children with disabilities.

Peter holds a Doctorate in Business and Organizational studies (DBA), Masters in Business Administration (MBA) Entrepreneurship degrees of the University of Liverpool (UK). He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA - Kenya) level II. Peter comes with over 20 years experience in corporate governance, and enterprise risk management gained across industries including manufacturing, telecom, banking, construction and Donor-funded projects. He started his career as an Audit Assistant with Coopers and Lybrand (pic legacy firm). He later worked as the Chief Finance Officer (CFO) with AJCI, a private equity group of companies (Dubai) with interests in Middle East, Europe, Africa and the Americas. Peter was the Country Director for Parker Randall, Uganda. He worked as the Business Risk Management Auditor for East African Breweries and as Head of Internal Audit for Uganda Telecoms (under LAP Green)

Henry is a Bachelor of Art (Education) graduate from Makerere University. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Eastern & Southern Africa Management Institute (ESAMI) and and Advanced Certificate in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM, UK). Henry if the Acting Executive Director of the Grain Council of Uganda and a director in a number of companies including, Afrique Commodities Ltd, Afrique Technical Services Ltd and Best Rates Forex Bureau. That aside, he has many years of experience serving as a member of the Board of Governors of Old Kampala Senior Sec. School and Chairman of the Board of Governors of Midland High School, Kawempe, Kampala

A lawyer by profession, Peter is a practicing Advocate with a Bachelors of Law degree from Makerere University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre (LDC). He serves as a Partner with Alliance Advocates and is a former Managing Partner with Mugimi and Tibesigwa Advocates. Besides, Peter is a former Legal Counsel with the National Social Security Fund (NSSF).
